Topic Proposal for Major Assignment #2
Introduction:
For the second assignment we are needing to write a literature review on a specific topic/question of our choosing. A topic that I have found a lot of sources and greatly sparked my interest is the negative and positive effects of caffeine on athletic performance. I think this topic is very important because of the massive effect and use of caffeine that is very easily seen in the world today. This topic is important because caffeine is major supplement utilized today among literally everyone, from teenagers to adults. Another reason why this topic is important is because it is centered around my intended field of study but also relates to a lot of other professions that can benefit from these reports about the effects. I have found a multitude of sources and information on this topic, here are four of them:
